To make a new booking you just need to use our search form. Enter the departure point in the “From” field and the destination point in the “To” field. You can choose the airport, train station, seaport, hotel, or enter any specific address. Specify the number of passengers, including children and infants, and then click the “Search” button to view prices according to the vehicle type. Provide your accommodation and flight details, and indicate whether you wish to book any extras, such as child seats, golf bags, or additional stops.
Sure! In the “From” field enter the name of your hotel & accommodation or the address where you want to be picked up, then enter the name of the airport in the “To” field and click search.
We generally accept bookings: • 24 hours prior to the transfer for vehicles in Group 1 (Economy 3 pax, Minivan 6 pax) and Group 2 (Business 3 pax, Premium Minivan 5 pax, Minibus 8, 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, and Premium Minibus 8, 10, 13, 16 pax). • 48 hours prior to the transfer for vehicles in Group 3 (Midibus 20, 25, 32, 35 pax, and Bus 40, 45, 50, 55 pax). For last-minute bookings, we cannot provide a guarantee, but we will make every effort to accommodate your transfer request. You will see the approximate trip time in the booking process and also in your voucher after the booking. Please note that trip time can vary according to the traffic situation, weather conditions, etc.
For transfers from airport, cruise port or train station, the pick-up time is the arrival time of the flight, cruise or train. For transfers from hotel to the airport, cruise port or train station, the lates pick-up time shall be the time to meet the driver at the reception, we recommend you to set the pick-up time as “transfer duration + airport check-in period of 3 hours”. As an example: You have flight at 13:00 pm and your hotel is located 2 hours away from the airport. The recommended pick-up time would be at 08:00 am. In this case you will arrive at the airport approximately at 10 am and will have 3 hours time for flight check-in.
Cancellation protection allows you to cancel your transfer at any time before the trip with a full refund (only) in case your flight, train or ship gets cancelled and you inform us by phone. If your flight, train or cruise will delay or get cancelled, we will either reschedule your transfer according to delay or new flight time (subject to availability) or we will refund you the full amount paid for the booking minus the cost of cancellation protection.
In the booking form, you will see the button for booking a return transfer "I want a return journey". Activate the button and enter the details of the return transfer. Note: If you would like to book a return transfer from another location, you shall make a new booking.
You need to write your flight number as two uppercase letters, followed by a four-digit number. Example: TK 8888, XQ 0783, or PC 5556.
No, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group.
Yes, you just need to enter the details of the lead passenger who will travel. Please note that the contact information must belong to the lead passenger, so that our customer support or the driver can directly contact the passenger when it is necessary. If you are a travel agency and want to book a transfer service for your client, please send us an E-Mail at b2b@vactransfer.com.
You can bring a folding wheelchair. We only accept folding wheelchairs as they are easier to store on vehicles. We are sorry to be unable to guarantee the type of vehicle used for your transfer. Note: Please note that the passengers using a wheelchair shall board the vehicle on his own or with the help of individuals accompanying them.
If the number of passenger changes for your return transfer, send us an E-Mail at support@vactransfer.com and we will adjust it immediately. If the number of passenger requires an upgrade to a higher capacity vehicle, please be aware that it may increase transfer cost.
After the booking we send you a confirmation mail with the voucher containing the reservation details. If you have not received an email, please contact our customer support support@vactransfer.com.
If there are no prices or vehicles for your destination, please click on “ask for price” and complete the booking. We will endeavor to find a suitable transfer for your trip and get back to you with a price subject to availability, you can either confirm the price or reject the booking.
The aggregate amount of three dimensions (length, width and height) of standard luggage is 158 cm (62 inches). L + W + H = 158 cm / 62 inches. The luggage capacity of the private transfer vehicle is at least 1 bag or suitcase per passenger seat whose aggregate size does not exceed 158 cm one piece of hand luggage such as a handbag or small bag (camera or laptop bag or similar).
Yes, after the vehicle selection you will have an option to choose an “extra stop on the way”, so that other member in your group can be picked-up from or dropped-off on the different address. Extra stop shall be on the same destination as the original pick-up or drop-off address, if extra stop is in another direction or city, you need to make an additional booking.
For a prompt and seamless service, we suggest booking two separate transfers for each flight. This way, you won't have to wait at the airport and can begin your journey immediately. If your travel companion's flight arrives shortly after yours, such as within a 30-minute window, you can book based on the latest flight arrival time and wait for your companion at the airport.
When booking, you should choose a vehicle type according to the number of passengers and the amount of luggage you have. If you plan to bring additional luggage or equipment like golf bags, we recommend upgrading to a vehicle with a larger capacity to ensure a comfortable ride.
The prices displayed on the website are per vehicle and does not change depending on the number of passengers within the vehicle's capacity. Prices vary only according to the vehicle type.
